Later, he made his SoundCloud debut in the form of a Mixtape "OFFICIAL POLO.G SUNDCLOUD". Gang With Me marked his first single that became a hit, then followed by another single,"Finer Things. He composed the second song during his time in prison. It proved to be the first single to break through and accumulated thousands of viewers on YouTube which brought him into the limelight. Then major record labels began taking notice of his work. Pop Out featuring Lil Tjay was finally released to the public on a day when the rapper inked an agreement to distribute the song to Columbia Records. The first single by the rapper reached the top spot on Billboard Hot 100 at number 22. A huge number of viewers watched the video through YouTube. Polo G gained fame on YouTube along with other social media platforms like Instagram as well as Twitter.
